Following the success of the Bengaluru Brand Summit &Hot Brands 2019, Paul Writer unveiled the Delhi NCR Hot Brands at The Leela Ambience on 22nd February 2019.
The event was co-hosted with Adobe, in partnership with Meltwater, Hindu Business Line, Sitecore, and Oracle.

This year, the Brand Summit & Hot Brands 2019 discussed the New ABCs of Marketing AI, Brand Engagement, Content. Jessie Paul, CEO, Paul Writer kicked-off the Delhi NCR Brand Summit & Hot Brands 2019 with a talk on building personal brands and why it’s important.
She was followed by Dron Malhotra, Industry Lead at Adobe India and Arvind Jamwal, Industry Lead – Digital Marketing at Adobe who hosted an interactive masterclass on art and science of digital storytelling.
Himanshu Khanna, Country Manager – India, Sitecore was the next to take the stage for a lively fireside chat with Jessie Paul. They discussed the nitty gritties of customer experiences which demonstrated how they will overtake price and product as the key brand differentiator.
The next speaker we had lined up was Bhaskar Bose, Country Director, Meltwater India. During this session, Bose spoke about how AI is transforming corporate decision making. Madhukar Uniyal, Director, Solutions Engineering, Oracle Marketing Cloud – India then took charge of the audience to address the subject “Simplifying complex CX for today’s marketers”.
This was followed by the recognition of the #letstalkcx FAST100 winners and a captivating session with Sathya Sriram, AVP, Strategy & Marketing, The Hindu Group on Nuances of connecting better with the South Indian consumers.
The panel discussion with Ajay Dhyani, Head Marketing, Timex Group India Limited, Karan Kumar, Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, Fabindia, Shuchi Chawla, Head of Brand Marketing, ixigo, and Yangchen Yonzon, Director, Inbound Sales and Marketing, India & Sri Lanka, Meltwater was next on our agenda.
