Digital is increasingly playing an important role in the overall marketing strategy. As a bank for us digital means business while this transcends from the front end to the back end. Specifically on the digital marketing perspective while the solutions and the services we are launching are in the online space. Although with activities that need to be implemented we focus on digital marketing as a strategy, from engagement to service delivery. What you will see going forward is our involvement by evolving in some of the platforms and being more digitized as that’s where really the category is moving as well as the world. Hence, while we will continue to invest in our traditional media/marketing as it delivers a certain amount of reach that a brand like us does require but naturally also focus on digital stratagems.
