On the role of social media.

Social Media plays a very important role for any holiday company’s digital strategy. Firstly, because if you just look at Facebook as an example- out of the top ten conversation drivers, travel is the only category most chatted about, the other nine are about broken relationships, relationship fixed engagement, etc. You will eventually realize that people brag about their travel, where they are going and ask their friends for advice. Hence, everything regarding traveling and holidaying is happening on social media. This plays two key roles for us, one is that we actively listen and therefore manage our current customers servicing on social media and we also make sure acquisition as a task is done through social media.
