At the moment, lot of our prospects are tracked and created online whether it’s through our e-mailer program, whether it’s through our website, whether it’s through our social media pages, we get a sense of how people are reacting and what kind of potential demand we are generating. Invariably x% of them have queries and want to know things like price, features , where to get to it and so on and so forth. That’s something that is respondent real time on all our pages. We get around 15-20 queries on daily basis just on our info@wildcraft email id or customer care email id, which are again responded in 24-48hours. These range from varying levels of queries from product pricing, distribution, quality so on and so forth. That is the way we are currently engaging and managing them. There are around 120 retail stores across the country, where we have direct engagement with consumers and track feedback from them. The prospect generated through our distribution network is something we are twice removed from but through our intermediaries we capture that data on quarterly basis.
