We try to follow customer’s behavior and also try and reach the customer through the right way. There are also analytical tools which can be used, so a designated team follows them and stays in touch with them. This team read customers comments and blogs and also provides them with new feeds concerning the products we are innovating and bringing in. We have customer loyalty programs as well and this helps us further maintain conversations with them. What we feel proud of is the same customer comes to us repeatedly and has brought Woodland to this stage. Quality is one aspect in which we are strong, as we focus on good quality for any Woodland product but we also definitely innovate new technology and functional ways.
