On tracking customer sentiments..

Firstly, we look at what kind of customers are coming to us and what they are look into. Customers may prefer certain specific products or pricing products so we track them and see or try to influence them by sending them complimentary products as we also have shoes and accessories. From a point of sale also we have tools, we have a full-fledged IT team that looks into this. Most customer feedback also comes from our social media- Facebook, Twitter as we have a lot of fans following us on such platforms. Also through our website and other platforms as well.
