So this from a dealer network standpoint and even from a company standpoint the constant calling which happens to our database which then derives into which is a hot lead and which is a cold lead, we try and sample it out and thats how we keep a hot lead in-tune versus a cold lead. And we never keep cold leads as lead that will never be a prospect because he may not be a prospect today but he’ll definitely be so thats what email marketing really helps us in keeping in constant conversation with them.
