For club Mahindra, digital expenses today are the largest chunk of the brand investments and therefore digital is extremely important to us. We are a travel holiday company and travel holiday conversations, commerce, conversions are all moving online and growth of all the travel portals and the way business is shifting from offline to online is testimony to the fact that any travel and holiday company needs to invest and needs to be a big player in the digital space. We use digital for three purposes- acquisition through digital, online brand management and listen to conversations through customer service. We currently run active member engagement programs and also study the influences of demand as part of our digital strategy.
