Tupperware has two sets of customer. On one hand, we have our sales force who are housewives who come to our distributors every week so we have a very sturdy back-end in place, they come to our distributors every week, they place their orders, this is then punched in into our central database and uploaded every week. Products are then serviced to the distributor for each and every sales force, that is a very sturdy back-end which helps us run our business week after week. On the other hand, we have our customers whom we interact with on social media. Facebook is the platform we use the most and we track their performances on social media pretty regularly.
