With so many smart devices coming up, the customer will choose and select what they want from all these smart devices and it will be the role of marketing to deliver an effective communication to the various target audience at the right time. It is this technology like Google glass which is already in the market, there is iWatch, all these smart devices will certainly change the shape of marketing. Along with that, mass media will not lose its hold on mainstream media, mass media will still be primary route through which we’ll be promoting brands but it will get far more personalized and all in all it will make marketing more complex and hence more fun too.
