Collabera, a leading global IT Services and Professional Services company, today announced it has spun off the company’s IT Solutions Group to form a new company named Brillio. Brillio will focus on improving competitive advantage for customers by rapidly and effectively architecting innovation through new technology that solves real business problems. And, Brillio will accelerate its new strategy by continuing to strengthen the long lasting, premier relationships with the Fortune 500 client base with which it is currently engaged.

Technology is advancing, competitive norms are disappearing and consumer demands are intensifying. Recognizing that a new era requires a new approach, Brillio is architecting a company that’s primary mission is to turn the disruptions in the market into competitive advantages for customers. Today, technology solutions are not relevant to businesses unless they are aligned with the aggressive goals and pressures of the company to innovate. Therefore, customers require a partner that will help guide them towards solutions that are contextually relevant.

Brillio helps its customers focus on three critical areas required to compete effectively:

  • Innovate for growth: Brillio combines domain capability and investments in innovation around technology in order to help customers improve competitiveness with the new know how.
  • Improve business agility: Brillio helps customers leverage emerging technologies with the goal of cultivating a highly responsive organization to meet market changes and customer needs.
  • Renew IT Efficiency: Brillio helps customers continue to run existing systems as efficiently as possible through the use of automation, new methodologies, and maturity models in order to free up resources for innovation.

Brillio has assembled a global team of leaders with industry expertise poised to form an innovation ecosystem around clients to become extensions of their strategy and R&D groups in order to identify opportunities for growth. Brillio will educate and equip its clients – organizations of all sizes – with the resources they need to enable a more agile delivery of products and services to their customers.

The new firm is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey with offices in Bangalore, Silicon Valley and London.

Formally announcing the launch of Brillio, Raj Mamodia, the CEO of Brillio, who thus far has been the CEO of Collabera, will focus on Brillio’s growth strategy. He stated, “The Brillio team has a single-minded mission to become our customers’ co-innovation partner; turning disruptive and emerging technologies into competitive advantages. We will collaborate with our clients to help them transform to become high-performance businesses. Brillio is creating a new global business model for today’s IT and consulting services companies and I am confident that we will realize our goal — to achieve the best combination of skills, resources and domain expertise to deliver the shortest and best route to customer success.”
