What makes your brand Hot?
MobiKwik appeals to Gen Yers who are always looking at smarter ways to do the same things. It allows them to be superfast with their payments across food, travel, fashion and recharges and save ‘time’ which is always a scarcity with this generation. The brand works for smart people on smartphones and makes their money work and thats what makes it Hot(test)!
A campaign that worked for your brand?
The most recent integrated campaign with the tagline “MobiKwik- More Than a Wallet” wherein we used TV, radio and OOH to create awareness and preference for the brand, really did well. We have seen more than 3X growth across all our key metrics of traffic and revenue. I’m personally extremely proud of this as we managed to pull it off, including finding the right partners, internal team,production etc in a matter of 3 months from scratch, which by any measure was no mean feat.
What makes your brand different or stand out?
The way we communicate with users with a human touch, speed with which we solve their queries and the intent with which we strive to make MobiKwik wallet accepted both online and offline across all categories of interest like Food, Travel, Fashion, Recharges and Entertainment is what makes MobiKwik a new age brand.
Today Mobikwik is the only mobile wallet which is accepted offline by partners like Big Bazaar (Future Group), Cafe Coffee day and WH smith stores thereby bridging the O2O (Offline to Online) connect.
With 50,000 merchant partners, over 17 million users who trust us and our ambition of making over 1Bn Indians go cashless in the next 5 years, we most certainly have a differentiated proposition and brand.
