As I said earlier, technology is a creative enabler in insuring that we improve the customer experience. One of the challenges we face given that we are an online platform is that the number of consumer touch-points are far higher than any other traditional business. So if it is an FMCG product or if it is an offline product then typically the number of interaction points with the consumers are far lesser than what it is if its an online platform. Every touchpoint that the consumer has it is very important that we ensure that there is consistency of not only brand experience but also enabling that whatever the consumer is looking for we are able to satisfy those needs and requirements of the consumers. The only way to deliver this experience across all the hundreds of touch-points for the consumers is by utilizing technology in collating all the information that we know about the consumers and tracking the consumers wherever he is going so that we are able to address and we are able to learn from whatever we know about the consumer.
