Here technology plays a very very important role we are a technology company at the end of the day, we are a platform where consumers and sellers of course come and interact with the platform and engage with the brand. What this does is a couple of things I think. The biggest challenge that is there in most companies is the lack of real-time information. But for us that’s the starting point. We do a lot of information on our own consumers – their shopping behaviour, their buying patterns and their interests and their preferences. Now the challenge is to use all of this information to come up with something that is far more impactful and far more meaningful for every consumer and I think technology is a great enabler in making this happen because there is tonnes of information out there, how do you process all of that and come out with something very meaningful and make it personalised at a user level is what technology helps us doing and I think that is what helps us in being a far more agile and a traditional FMCG company.
