Snapdeal is a digital platform and our evolution has predominantly been on the side of how do we take it to a far wider audience and that is pretty much so unlike most of the other companies we are a digital platform and for us everything is digital first so the challenge for us is given that we have a lot of information about the consumers given that we have are pretty much real-time how do we use that information to make the customer experience better and the reason why we would go back to non-digital platforms is essentially to get reach and to also enable our growth in a very short span of time. But otherwise most of the things that we would in terms of improving customer experience are pretty much done on the digital platforms. In that sense our evolution starts from being digital and then taking it to the next level in terms of customer experience.
