The second is deluge of data or the much-bandied word ‘big data’. While companies are grappling with and dealing with their own structured data, the challenge that big data throws at marketers is something else.

The third big challenge that I see today is customer loyalty. Customers today trash brands in a few seconds. All the efforts marketers like us to take to provide a good experience to customers can be diminished in a matter of seconds. More and more customers are becoming aware, well informed of what they are consuming and that puts a lot of pressure on marketers like us therefore customer loyalty is the third big challenge.
Handling data is a challenge for all marketers today.
