How can sales process be orchestrated for today’s mobile savvy customers…

Mobile is a very important part of our business, around 18 months back close to 5% of our business used to come from mobile now that is close to 65%, so 65% of our business is actually being driven by mobile. We see that a lot of this is being driven by not only consumers from the tier 1 cities but also from consumers who are from the tier 2 and tier 3 cities as well. So what is typically happening is that consumers who are actually accessing our platform through mobile are pretty much those who have skipped PC or laptop and they have jumped to the mobile and that is their primary source of information or their primary source of access to the internet and that is actually driving a lot of interest and a lot of business from the mobile platforms. As a business it is important for us to tailor our platform, for any organisation i think it is very important to ensure the touch-points via the mobile are as seamless as they are from any other channel, doing every process in the company or any process of consumer engagement, making it mobile friendly becomes far more important. Whether be it interaction with the platform, be it interaction from a buying process, any of these processes unless they are mobile friendly, any organisation will not be able to tap into that huge mobile growth that is happening and having these different sets of process which will make the experience on the mobile also seamless is very very important to tap into that mobile consumer base.
