There is a need for alignment between sales and marketing which has been in a vacuum for a long time traditionally in all organisations so that alignment is very much required. As of now we are evolving platforms in coordination with our customer care department, we have a customer care department wherein we are creating those CRM platforms wherein we’ll get in touch with customers but it’ll be more warm calls rather than cold calls. So there will be less calls but more meaningful calls based on the market need. So definitely we are working on those platforms and automation where we can get in touch with the doctors so we are investing in digital building apps wherein we can talk to doctors and doctors can also be segmented as gynaecologist, paediatricians, etc. So the needs are different, it is not one strategy fits all so we are working on customising propositions to appeal to various different kind of medical fraternity.
