Technology today is the backbone in ensuring how your organization functions. In Hypercity we have our systems implemented with GDA MMS and Oracle. So technology has enabled us to integrate processes from the shop floor to the back end. We use a lot of data to understand customer insights. Also the buying team when they go out and procure technology enables them in tracking current trends in the market. Technology again is very important both at the back end as well as the front end to understand customer buying behavior. The customer today is constantly looking for value, so this is another area where we use technology to analyze competitors pricing and our pricing strategies. When perishables are involved prices change daily and technology helps us monitor the price dynamic.
