Arundhati Balachandran is an Analytics & Strategy Consulting professional and the founder of Urban Tryst, a personalised matchmaking services company in India. She has previously worked with Deloitte, Cognizant and Latentview Analytics before founding Urban Tryst in May 2014. Based on her own and her close friends’ experiences, she realized the Indian matchmaking industry needed to adapt to the changing needs of today’s urban culture. This discovery led her to quit her corporate job and start Urban Tryst. Arundhati has a double masters in Engineering & Data Analytics from North Carolina State University.
