If you launch something and consumer is not in sync with it or not happy with the way your customer service has been you get real time feedback through your twitter, through your Facebook page, through your Pinterest and Instagram feeds. It is important for brand marketing head to track these digital platforms in today’s day arrangement very-very closely. It is important to feed the right data through your influential bloggers out there when you launch a new product because that gives you an instant feedback about whether you are running shoe or whether it is technical apparel or whether this particular fashion trend is going on. At the same time if you are out an out fashion brand then looking at sites like editit.com or WGSN and following trends is going to be next big thing. It is important for any manager & in fact a CEO at the same time to be very much in tune with what the consumers wants and sentiments so the brand head along with the CEO should be very much in sync with what is happening and tracking if not on daily basis but on a weekly basis the statistics. The statistics gives you feedback & it allows you with the way things are moving to tweak your product before it hits the market in a big way or even if it has you can limit the amount of damage that can happen to the brand.
