Your advice to young professionals looking at sales as a career…
I think more and more individuals now are looking at marketing and sales as promising careers. While the rule of the games has slightly evolved, I would not say has changed is the customer at the centre of everything. So while there are different enablers in technology playing a big role, we need to understand the consumer’s demands and what the consumer needs. As great savvy marketers and sales professionals it is imperative that we keep our focus on understanding the need states more than understanding the needs of these consumers, if we have got our plug on that I think you will be a great sales professional.
