How can sales process be orchestrated for today’s mobile savvy customers…

Like we discussed the customer wants everything at the convenience of his/her palm. They are no longer willing to wait or spend time, if they do take a picture they will circulate immediately and get likes right then. They will also share their location and this has become a stringent part of our lifestyle and who we are and how this is impacting us dramatically is also with regards to can I ensure that shopping is also a healthy part and process of the daily lifestyle of this individual. For mobile savvy customers we have an app that is coming out next week which is still in the data testing process right now and we also have a site which is extremely user friendly. For us what we can see with the app coming into play is you could interact, send them secret deals, closed sales which is so curated and fine-tuned to that individual. This is not possible by any other kind of marketing. The bigger part of the picture is today we have mobile users using the internet in areas where the Wi-Fi or internet connectivity is questionable, this extends our reach.
