Paul Writer, India’s first community of marketers, hosted the 3rd edition of its successful annual executive meeting of top marketers, The Futurist CMO 2013 Conclave at The Leela Palace, New Delhi on 18 September, 2013.  The Futurist CMO 2013 provides an opportunity for India’s forward-thinking marketers to come together to share recent advances, case studies and trends. Conference speakers include marketing leaders from brands such as Airtel, Cheil, IndusInd Bank, Makemytrip, Ola Cabs, Rasna and Titan.  

The Advisory board for The Futurist CMO Conclave include Anshu Bagai (Tupperware), Deepali Naair (L&T General Insurance Company Limited), Krishnan Chatterjee (HCL Technologies), Neeraj Sanan (ABP News), Rasheed Said (GPJ), Sameer Kaul (Dr Path Labs), Sanjeev Kapur (Citi India) and Vivek Jaiswal (Sobha Developers). 

The Conclave also saw the induction of this year’s honorees- Akshay Mehrotra (Big Bazaar), Nitin Shakdher (Talwalkars), Abhijit Jorvekar, (Quickheal Technologies), Anisha Motwani (Max Life Insurance), Nandini Sethuraman (Walmart) and Shruti Sutwala (Lakme) – into 2013 The Hall of Fame. 

Innovative campaigns were recognized for their success in parameters such as frugal marketing, innovativeness and business impact.  To determine the winners an esteemed jury comprising P Krishnakumar (Dell), Ajit Sharma (Danaher) and Rajesh Kumar (SAP) were consulted.  This year’s honorees in the Marketing Hall of Fame were:
