On Challenges that Marketers face today …
You can’t exactly pinpoint three challenges, we need to look at the changed environment as far as consumer is concerned. So today if I had to look at three areas for which a brand needs to continuously reinvent, one of them would be personalization. Personalization is not about a particular demography or SEC A or B, it’s about the end consumer himself.

Apart from personalization there are other areas as well. Earlier there was an aspect of choosing between ATL, BTL and digital, today the digital itself is split into internet and mobile. The choice of how and which mediums to be present and which mediums not to be present is an issue. All of these along with the fact that the product or the service you are trying to sell to the end consumer and their 4 P’s should match well. These are the inherent challenges that a marketer faces today.
