An entrepreneur and a co-founder of two global technology businesses including one of the first venture funded Indian web startups.I am currently involved with two initiatives: a. OnTrac, is an award winning company that provides consulting services, training and software in Operations Management for the BPO industry. Through our services, our clients benefit from improved productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and lower attrition. We have over 100 clients such as Accenture, HSBC, WNS, American Express, Infosys, IBM etc. and have clients in 8 countries including India, Philippines, China, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia and Canada. b. The Foundation School started in 2009 and has three branches. Our objective is to instill in children, the intellectual capacity to become independent thinkers and creative individuals. Our curriculum is child centric and moves at a comfortable pace, giving children time for discovery by themselves. We believe in making learning "hand on" and helping the child learn through experiences.
