A female entrepreneur you admire and why?
Female entrepreneur I admire is Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi, the current Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo as she is handling the second largest food and beverage business in the world by net revenue and handling an Indian household also.
The second women I admire in south is Mallika Srinivasan , member of Amalgamations Group, one of India’s oldest business houses. She is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, an INR 96 billion tractor company. She is handling all this alone.
Mantra for success is?
Work hard, Enough exercise, Good rest & Work life balance
Being your own boss is to you?
It sounds fancy & great to hear that you are your own boss; people may also feel that life will be flexible & easy but at the end of day you end up doing lot more work & handle lot of responsibility. And it really takes time before you are your own boss.
Your DWEN experience and how would you sum it?
DWEN is a good opportunity to be in touch with enterprising women & know what is going around. It is very interesting to see how people are there to help each other. Feeling great to be part of this enterprising community.
