How can sales process be orchestrated for today’s mobile savvy customers…

As I said the brand is in your phone today, mobiles are bringing a big revolution in the way this whole marketing and saes fraternity is responding to that. It’s still at its infancy, there’s a lot to happen. As I said the four ‘P’s of marketing are going to get converted into the four ‘A’s of marketing. So product, price, place, promotion was the marketers point of view but today marketing is becoming more customer-oriented, not marketing-oriented. The four P’s were all about marketing orientation. The four ‘A’s are all about are accessibility, availability, affordability and to reach out to your customer. So basically ‘A’s are where the marketers and the sales people have to work on affordability, awareness, accessibility and availability. So to create that kind of a proposition and work around that. Mobile phones digital is enabling that process.
