He is the General Manager Brands, Foods Business at ITC where he heads marketing for the businesses of Confectionery, Snacks, Noodles, Pasta, Staples and Ready to Eat food. He also heads the media and consumer activation and key account functions for the organization. G K Suresh joined ITC Limited in the year 2004 as the District Manager-South. He headed the Sales & Distribution for all FMCG products- Cigarettes, Foods, Matches, Agarbattis & Stationary Products.

What makes a good marketer?

The ability to take a leap of faith from information to a value proposition that is consumer centric yet bold & innovative. The ability to do all this without taking the eye off the business financials.
