A landmark initiative of the Times Network, the ‘India Economic Conclave’, which aimed at providing an opportunity for business leaders to ‘Rise with India’ through discourses, was attended by some of the most distinguished dignitaries and eminent speakers in India.

Acharya Balkrishna, MD, Patanjali said, “The country doesn’t need foreign investment to expedite the country’s growth if our people pledge to contribute towards nation building. We strongly pitch ‘Nation First’ and urge the youth of the country to come up with their own business ventures and imbibe the spirit of entrepreneurship.” He mentioned that food processing in Thailand is around 30% whereas in India is 6%. He also stressed upon the importance of the agrarian economy and talked about increasing the farm income and profit generation.
