Living in this digital age being savvy is very important because now customers are making choices after having looked through several options online and from that basis they make a choice. So now it isn’t as easy as it used to be; now we have to make sure that from each of these channels one is able to communicate very effectively. Also, be able to break the clutter and make sure that the key USP you are carrying is well communication in the short span of time that you get with a customer or be it offline, there is little time a customer gives you to finally get interested in your product. So sales should therefore, be well balanced in this sense.
