In our category the important thing is that customer understands each feature in detail as mobile phones right now are almost part of our daily lives. We need to make sure that customers are experiencing the products in a certain way through quality checks, leading to after sale processes which also need to be strong and robust. Most of the time in our industry there are some technical issues that happen although the response to such issues has to be swift as mobiles have become a part of our daily lives and living without one is practically impossible. So we have set up a system to ensure that at least 80% of the time the handset is delivered back to the customer the same day. This is possible as our systems internally including SAP systems are in place. Pre-purchase is handled at the shop through customer consultants who make sure that purchases are delivered eventually. Be it service or sales if there is delta between promise and delivery, failure will not occur and the customer will get what is committed to him.
