How can sales process be orchestrated for today’s mobile savvy customers…

Our online presence is going to see a significant change. We presently have a very basic site with minimal e-commerce transactions. We are in the process of revamping and setting up our own e-commerce site. We aren’t a pure online player and our model is going to be very different in selling jewellery. We have also adopted social media in a small way and we aren’t using technology that intensely as we think we still aren’t at a stage to get there. We are also in the process of designing an app, soon to be launched.
