However, these detailed case studies were underutilized by the sales and marketing teams. The primary issues were:

Paul Writer was tasked with transforming these comprehensive case studies into easily consumable and visually appealing content pieces, which we lovingly termed ‘snackboxes.’ The goal was to highlight the key points clearly and briefly, making them suitable for quick reading and sharing.
