From an evolution stand-point of where we will go from here I think information availability which was a big challenge a few years back is not a big challenge anymore. There have been multiple ways of capturing this information and brands and platforms have been able to gather this information. The real challenge and the real opportunity going forward will be how is it that this information will be utilised so that every consumer is given a very very personalised experience and the interaction with all the consumers is at a fairly user level and not at a very generic level. I think that will be evolution going forward and how we utilise all the information that we have, what are the various technology tools that can help in making this happen. Understanding consumer behaviour and how it is changing and what are the various elements within the digital platforms will become very critical for anyone who is interested in charting out a career within the customer experience teams be it sales, marketing or any of the front end or customer facing roles.
