We have deployed a mobile app which resides in the smartphones with our field sales people and our consumer consultant hence; all the transactions taken place are captured on this app. So sitting here we are in a position to understand what is happening on the ground and what interventions should be done to make sure that our sales are running smoothly. Apart from this, we have deployed SAP systems from day one- so in every domain SAP systems work well for us. However, the mobile application takes care of the last mile connectivity issue.
