- Improved Accuracy and Tracking:
Paul Writer implemented tools for mailing to improve accuracy and tracking of communication with members. This helped to ensure that members received timely and relevant information about INDUS and its events.
- Sponsorship Revenue:
Paul Writer generated sponsorship revenue for INDUS events in Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata. These events provided an opportunity for members to network and share their knowledge and experiences with one another.
- INDUS Conclave:
Paul Writer managed the INDUS Conclave, a flagship event that brought together over 500 attendees from the SAP community. The event provided a platform for thought leadership, networking, and knowledge sharing.
Paul Writer’s efforts led to a significant increase in INDUS’s membership and engagement levels. The community saw a 72% increase in members, with a total of 4131 members joining. The stickiness of the website was also impressive, with members spending an average of 6 minutes+ per visit and viewing 5.75 pages per visit. The webinars, events, and INDUS Conclave helped to improve knowledge sharing and networking among members, and the sponsorship revenue generated helped to fund future events.
