Chef Roberto Zorzoli have scrupulously designed a menu consisting of dishes such as ChocolateRicotta and Chilli Parcel with Barolo Wine Reduction, Marinated Tuna Tartar, Citron Bread and Saothome Sour Cream, AOP Risotto with Scallop Carpaccio and White Chocolate Shavings, Pulled lamb belly with 67% Madagascar Dark Chocolate, Apple & Olives Relish, Almond Crusted Salmon, Chocolate Martini Sauce White asparagus on Saffron Coulis, Infused Milk Chocolate Arancini. To complete this unparalleled chocolate experience, innovative Chocolate-based cocktails will also be part of the menu.
