How can sales process be orchestrated for today’s mobile savvy customers…

For companies and sales leaders one of the great learning curves of the last ten years has been how elections in a country has become scientific. Political parties have been able to segment constituencies based on the people staying there and communicate to these people in a language that they understand and this is all being delivered by technology. If we were to extrapolate this to the sales team it almost creates a situation where I televise the communization and i almost get an instant feedback on whether it worked or not. These days I don’t have to actually wait for a few months for a customer to tell me whether the product or service released was good or bad and thats the change we are looking at from a sales perspective.
