Essentials for a business meeting.
Punctuality and undivided attention. Unfortunately, sometimes its hard to practice, but I’m trying my best. Besides that, a book as I always recap by making notes. It just helps me for future referencing.
Your everyday guide to stay fit & healthy.
Walking and eating healthy. Fortunately, that’s a routine I have managed to stick to. I have very hectic days, juggling many things and I find getting outdoors for an hour everyday is a great way of de-stressing and I enjoy this time with myself.
What is your power dressing mantra?
It’s simple and understated but definitely not casual. If I had it my way, I would wear black everyday of my life. I don’t follow too many trends but as long as I like what I’m seeing in the mirror, that’s good enough for me.
One thing that one will find on your work desk
Definitely my cup of green tea and my To-do list.
One gadget that you cannot do without @work
My phone, but post working hours it’s something I really try to keep away from.
